Black imec Snapscan V/NIR hyperspectral camera with lens attached

At the 2017 edition of SPIE Photonics West in San Francisco, imec introduced SNAPSCAN, a revolutionary imaging system which equals linescan cameras in signal-to-noise ratio and resolution – and is just as user-friendly as a snapshot camera.

The SNAPSCAN camera was created by combining imec’s system-level hardware and software expertise. It can now be put to good use in a host of applications such as art and heritage analysis, medicine and forensics.
