Leili Shiramin received her Ph.D. degree from the Photonics Research Group at Ghent University-imec, Belgium, in 2017. Her doctoral work focused on the design, fabrication and characterization of silicon photonics and silicon nitride photonics devices. After several years of industrial experience in both technical and managerial roles in the photonics and RF domains, she joined imec in early 2022. She is currently portfolio manager, focusing on imec’s photonics technologies.
