Stefan Kubicek

Stefan Kubicek received a PhD degree in electrical engineering and an M.S. degree in Physics of Microelectronics and Materials Science, both from KU Leuven, and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Slovak Technical University, Bratislava. He works in imec since 1998 as an integration engineer. He was involved in CMOS front end integration development from 130nm CMOS node to 14nm FINFET node. Since 2016 he works on the integration of spin qubits.
