Simon Devos
Dr. Devos is Manager of the VIB Proteomics Core. He obtained his MSc and PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Ghent in 2011 and 2015, respectively. After completing postdoctoral training at UGhent and VIB, focusing on Single Molecule Proteomics, Devos was appointed as head of the Proteomics Core at VIB in 2022. The Proteomics Core provides access to and expertise in a diverse set of leading-edge, mass spectrometry-driven proteomics technologies and has become a reference center for proteome analyses in Flanders and beyond.
