Roos Van Gasse has been a researcher at Antwerp University for over 7 years. During the D-PAC research project, she was responsible for investigating how D-PAC data can contribute to the learning of assessors and organizations. Roos Van Gasse is one of the co-founders of the spin-off.

Good, Better, Best. Reliable assessment made simple with D-PAC

Writing tasks and presentations are an important component of high-stake tests that determine, for instance, whether someone gets to study at the university of their choice, receives a certain certificate, or lands their dream job. Objective and efficient assessment methods are therefore extremely important (both for the assessor and the assessee), but have also proven to be notoriously difficult. D-PAC, a spin-off of imec, Ghent University and the University of Antwerp, has developed a user-friendly software platform – based on the comparative judgment approach – to evaluate complex skills more reliably.
